Something for the Little Ones
A brand-new chapter of childhood fun is arriving in Castle Rock this summer. The Little Gym, a global franchise known for its movement-based classes, is opening its doors in the middle of July—with soft openings slated for late June/early July.
Led by Trevor, the Program Director, and Angie, the Operations Manager, this local gym is backed by serious experience. Trevor has 14 years under his belt with The Little Gym and has already opened four locations. This will be his fifth—and it's owned by a Castle Rock family with little ones of their own (and one more on the way in July).
Programs at The Little Gym are designed to help kids from 4 months up to their 13th birthday build confidence, coordination, and community—all through movement and milestone-based play. They'll offer classes, parties, parent survival nights, holiday events, and camps—all in a high-energy, non-competitive environment.

Sports:
Broncos - check out the Broncos full schedule here. I’m personally looking forward to hosting the Bengals on Monday Night Football on 9/29 so we can get payback after that OT loss at the end of last year. I’m also looking forward to the Nix/Daniels showdown in Washington on 11/30.
Nuggets - 😢 the series is over after we dropped Game 5 in OKC, came back home and got the W in Game 6, and then we just kind of fell apart in the second quarter of Game 7 and it was over…we were down by 1 (41-42) with three minutes remaining in the quarter and by half we were down by 14 (46-60). OKC was in control from there and continued to add to their lead to ultimately win 125-93. It was an interesting season overall with Jokić really having a historic season deserving of another MVP (look at these playoff numbers). I am not so sure he gets it, though…we’ll see what happens this off-season as ownership is surely at work to find a new head coach and general manager. If you miss Mike Malone, he’ll be working with NBA Countdown pregame and at halftime for the Western Conference Finals. Last, but surely not the least, the lack of depth obviously needs to be addressed this offseason as well. Shoutout to our stars for gutting it out and playing through injuries, this entire season really.

Rockies - record is 8-39…
Rapids - the Rapids sit at 5-5-4 with 19 points after a 2-0 loss against San Diego on Wednesday and a 1-0 win against Real Salt Lake. They’ve jumped up to 7th in the Western Conference.
